Service Description

These sessions are held once a month on a Friday around 3-5 weeks apart please check dates. We will mediate, move our bodies, share our own experiences in a held space, reflect and set intentions for the month ahead. During the year we will cover many themes. Please bring blankets, cushions, hot water bottle, tea, a cup, snacks to share, water, yoga mat, Item for the collective altar and anything else you may need for your comfort. I also invite you to bring your journal. The Studio venue is MI STUDIO, 1st Floor, Tithe Barn, Cockermouth (above Tilia restaurant) Arrival from 7.20pm. Start at 7.35pm please be flexible with time of finishing. Pay what you can afford, these spaces need to be accessible for all :) DATES 2025/2026 -September - 26th -October - 17th -November - 14th -December - 12th

Please inform the facilitator if you have any medical concerns or are taking any medications. (Anti - depressants and blood thinners especially) ● Contraindications: Pregnancy, heart conditions, high or low blood pressure. Participant Responsibilities: By participating in the cacao ceremony, you agree to:Consume cacao responsibly and in moderation for your body's individual needs. ● Respect the ceremonial space, including other participants and facilitators. ● Honor the guidelines provided by the facilitator. ● Take responsibility for your own well-being and emotional experience. Confidentiality: Participants are encouraged to maintain confidentiality regarding personal experiences shared during the ceremony.
