Mondays
8pm - 9.15pm
Broughton Village Hall
In this class you will step into the present moment connecting and moving your body with some slow flow and gentle stretching. You will hopefully feel like you could float home after the extended deep relaxation at the end.
Please bring your own mat, blanket, water and any other props you may need. You will need to arrive 5 minutes before class.

WOMEN'S
YOGA
Tuesdays
9.30am - 10.45am
Broughton Village Hall
Awaken your mind and body ready for the day ahead. We will work with warming stretches and gentle flow movement. The class will end with a restorative relaxation allowing you to connect with your breath. This class is specifically aimed at women 40 plus.
Please bring your own mat, blanket and any other props you may need.
You will need to arrive 5 minutes early.

Mi Studio, Above Tilia restaurant, Cockermouth.
This weekly women's class is an opportunity to honour yourself with the self-care you deserve. Take some time out to connect, move, stretch and breathe.
Please bring your own mat (spare mats if needed), blanket, cushion, hot water bottle (winter) and any other props you may need.
Please aim to arrive at 5.45pm for settling in and sharing time.

Come join our lovely group of mixed students learning the basics of yoga. We work with breath, movement and relaxation.
Please bring yoga mat, blanket, cushion and any other props you feel you may need. I'm happy to provide if you do not have yet.
