Yoga and Sound Bath Retreat Morning

Sarah and Natalie are very excited to welcome you to this beautiful opportunity to nourish your mind and body. You will walk away feeling refreshed, ready for the Spring season. 

Please note all are welcome to this event 18+ (16+ are welcome with guardian)

What you need to know! 

Singing bowls have contraindictations.

Sound healing should not be used with the following conditions:

epliepsy

seizures

pacemaker

metal plate in the body

severe mental health conditions

first trimester of pregnancy

What you will need: (Please also know that you are welcome to just show up we will have eveything you need)

A blanket

Wear comfortable layered clothing

A hotwater bottle is an option

A bottle of water

A pillow

A journal as an option to write down anything that comes up

A yoga Mat

The movement will be gentle yoga and accessible for all levels. We will be on the floor not on chairs.
