Harp Yoga

Im so excited to offer this special opportunity to experience guided mindful movement and meditation with the angelic sound of the harp.

We will welcome you with some Mugwort tea and then Gareth will play the harp intuitively as I lead a gentle yoga practice.  

This will lead into a deep harp led meditation.  

After we will share our experiences with some fresh peppermint tea and a sweet treat.

We are fortunate to meeting on the day of the Autumn Equinox and so we will weave this into our sharings.
