Our second in the series of full day retreats at the beautiful Footprint Building near Windermere. This is a hay bale building set in the woods with indoor and outdoor fires.

This will be a full guided day with time to connect with other women, your divine inner feminine wisdom and Mother Earth. The focus of the day will be the Element of Earth and Wintering.

Drumming, Cacao, Sharing, Yoni Shakti Yoga, Mantra with harmonium and Yoga Nidra.

You will feel completely rested and connected ready to face the winter season ahead.

£75 for the whole day including a winter soup and snacks.
