What Will Be Offered

I intend for us to start the session in Circle, creating our collective altar. An opportunity to connect and share with an oracle card pull.

Break

We will then move through some mindful movement called yoni shakti connected to the 5 elements.

Lunch

Break

We will then move up to the forest for grounding in nature, fire and cacao ceremony.

Closing and packing down

There will be a long lunch break so you can enjoy the space. You may want to bring a book or some crafting to do at this time or just enjoy being together and walking the woods and grounding in nature.

Please note that wild swimming is not part of our day but you may choose to go before or after our day together. The is a short drive from Windermere.

What You Will Need

-Please consider wearing clothing you feel sensual in and/or colours that reflect the season.

Wearing layers is advised as well; you never know how warm or cool it will be. (Rain wear just incase)

-Item for the collective altar. Items that represent your connection with Mother Earth and your own divine feminine.

Decorative items from nature are always welcome.

-A journal and pen if you like to journal.

-Crafting items if you would like to work on during a break.

-Insect repellent just in case.

-A blanket and pillow/cushion and any other comforts.

-Yoga mat, if you have one. I have spares :)

-Lunch for you.

-Mug.

-Bottle of water.

-Food offerings you would like to share with others.

-Drum, rattle..something to bang ;)

-A song to share.

-If you choose to go swimming before or after the day you will need all of your swimming stuff.

-Love in your heart
